Day 01 Arrival at Delhi

Our guide will wait you arrival gate of Indira Gandhi International airport Delhi with your name in signboard. After meeting you at airport take intercity airport link train to New Delhi station then transfer to hotel at Pahadganj. If you arriving at morning or mid day after check in hotel visit to Red fort and chadani Chowk and spice market.

Day 02 Delhi Sightseeing

Today you will do guided tour around Delhi; Delhi has many monuments, heritage and blend of culture. It is very busy city with heavy traffics. We will visit Delhi by metro train, which are much easy access then driving.

Jama Masjid: The great monument in Delhi, it started to build from 1644 then after 12 year completed and Shah Jahan build it with Mughal style architecture

Raj Ghat: It is cemetery of great freedom leader of India, Mahatma Gandhi who found against British rules. Raj ghat set on bank of Yamuna river in Mahatma Gandhi road new Delhi.

Qutub Minar: The tallest iron tower in Delhi constructed in 1200 by sultan family, the name came Qutub ud Aibak, sultan of Delhi in 1199. Beside the Qutub Monar there are some other monuments in the complex including Quwwat-ul-islam mosque, Alai Darwaza, the tomb of litutmish, alai minar, ala-ud-dins madrasa and tomb and the tomb of imam zamin, major smith’s and snadero’s sundia.

Red Fort: It was constructed in 1648 by 5th Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, and then nearly for 200 years it becomes residence of Mughal Sovereign. The fort is lies in middle of New Delhi near to Chadani chowk, best part of the fort is unique Mughal architecture

Lotus Temple: Lotus temple is wonder of world and it was build in 1986, the amazing architecture temple lies few kilometers far from Delhi, some time you need to satay long queue to get into the temple. The temple looks more beautiful from outside especially in evening with lights, inside is just praying hall with some chain and table.

Krishna Temple:

Birla Temple: Birla temple remain Laxminarayan temple lies at main commercial area in Conaught place in New Delhi. The beautiful architecture Vishnu temple was constructed 1933 then completed after 6years. You will see statue of Vishnu, his consort Laxmi and his incarnation Buddha inside the temple.

Day 03 Delhi to Jaipur (260 km & 7hrs drive)

Your drive will starts from hotel after breakfast, drive will pass through dense population Delhi city, then drive verminous along the Delhi Rajesthan highway view of landscapes and reach city of palace and known as Pink city of incredible india.

Day 04 Guided Tour around Jaipur

Your guided tour start after breakfast across the pink city, Jaipur used to be capital of Rajesthan and ruled by many kings.

Amber Fort: It has other name called Amer palace and constructed in 1550 by king Meenas, it is nearly 11 km far from Jaipur. The palace is made from red sand and marvels with unique architecture.

Jantar Mantar: Jantar Mantar lies midst of Jaipur near to Hawa Mahal and it was build in 1738 by king Sawai Jai Singh then granted to UNESCO heritage sites in 2010.

Hawa Mahal: It has other name palace of winds; it was constructed red and pick sandstone. It was build by king Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799 and lying hub of the pink city. The king builds Hawa Palace because royal female can see outside from windows without outside people seeing them.

Day 05 Jaipur to Agra (200 km & 4hrs drive)

After breakfast at hotel, drive start on highway and passing through Fatehpur Sikri then drive continuous to Agra. Agra is city in rich with Mughal architectures; due the unique architecture three monuments are granted in UNESCO heritage sites from Agra. The holy Yamuna River follows along beside the Taj Mahal, a symbol of love.

Day 06 Agra to Varanasi

We will see beautiful sunrise just above the city and layer of misty then drive back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast we will visit numerous monuments and buy some unique handicraft for home.

Taj Mahal: Tal Mahal is the most amazing monuments of world, it was build mid 1600 AD by Mughal King Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz and since that it became icon of lover. It lies and cover 42 acre on middle of busy Indian city of Agra UP India and Taj Mahal it self is 73 palace with unique marble carving architecture, which is witness of Mughal architecture. The Taj Mahal was granted to list in UNESCO world heritage sites in 1983 and more than 8 million tourist visit annually.

Baby Taj Mahal: A tomb lies further west of Taj Mahal, it took 6years to build and it less crowed and mini size of the Tal Mahal

Agra Fort: It lays 2 a half kilometer west of Taj Mahal with red brick wall. It was build on 11 century before in town before than seven wonder of the world then take a over night train to Varanasi. It shown great India architecture on brick and woods.

Day 07 Arrival at Varanasi and Walk around Ghat

Upon arrival at train station, Car/Bus will pick you up then transfer to hotel at Aashi Ghat. First check in hotel then after taking shower and breakfast, walk around the old street with cow dunk smells, probably informal day. Around 6pm we will go to see Aarati at Raja Harishcahnd Ghat.

Day 08 Sightseeing at Varanasi

We will do sightseeing around Varanasi, you will visit Vishwanath temple, Maniknarnika ghat, Ramnagar fort and Museum, Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya and see sunset on Ganges. At evening we will do short musical baot trip on holy Ganges with Sitar and Tabala Player.

Day 09 Sightseeing around Sarnath

Sarnath: The important holy places is situated 13 km far from Varanasi, where lord Buddha had given his first speech about Buddhism. You see monasteries, museum stupa and Vihar at sernath complex namely Dhamekh Stupa, Mulgandha Kuti, Archaeological Museum, Chaukhandi Stupa, Ashoka Pillar, Deer Park, Thai Monastery, Japanese Monastery, Burmese monastery etc. After spend fabulous day at Sernath drive back to Varanasi.

Day 10 Vanarasi to Lumbini (100 m/328 Ft & 10hrs drive)

After breakfast we set-off from hotel, the drive passing through buzzing India cities namely Nizamabad, Barhalgang, Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti then Sunali. We will stop here for while completing the immigration process then further drive to Lumbini with culture excursion.

Day 11 Sightseeing around Lumbini

After break fast we begins cultural and heritage excursion around Lumbini, very first we drive 27 km west of Lumbini to Kapilvastu and visit palace of Soddhodan, where Buddha was grew-up and spend his life until left for searching answer of his question. After here, we will visit Kudan, it the place, where Buddha met with his son and father after enlightenment. Even the Buddha son Rahul became bichhu and shave the hair. While driving back to Lumbini, we got to see Japanese monastery and white stupa know as world peace stapa as well. Then we onward our trip to Mayadevi temple, where Buddha was born as a name of Siddhartha and marked the stone by walking seven steps as soon as arrive in the earth. Right before given birth of Buddha and after berthing Mayadevi had taken bath at pond, now it called Mayadevi pond. The seven steps marked stone still kept in safely in the temp.

After lunch we will visit French monastery, Germany monastery, Nepalese monastery, Korean monastery, golden temple of Myanmar, Royal Thai monastery, Sri Lanka monastery, Vietnam monastery, peace lamp etc.

Day 12 Lumbini to Sauraha (Chitwan National Park) (160 m/524 Ft 4hrs drive)

We will do short village walk then after breakfast, we begins to drive and passing Bhairawa, Bhutan, Narayanghat and arrive at Sauraha (Chitwan National Park). After lunch do tharu village excursions the hiking onwards to Chitwan National Park visitor center and it gives you more information about Royal Chitwan Nationap Park. Then stop at typical restaurant at bank of Rapati River and with ship of drinks watch amazing sunset.

Day 13 Jungle Safari

After breakfast, we start our jungle excursion, with very first we do canoe ride in peace and quite Rapati River with viewing multi-color birds and with glance of endangers Marsh Muggers and Gharial crocodiles. Then we have 2hrs jungle walk in to the Chitwan National Park then way back to hotel stop at Rapati River for elephant bathing and get great view sun bath of crocodile.

After lunch we take short break for while then elephant back safari, safari will gives you good opportunity to see verities of flora and fauna like rhinoceros, wild boar, monkey, deer, peafowl, wild chicken and many others.

Then after that drive continuous to Elephant breeding center, where see how to train elephant for riding. On evening you will see Tharu cultural dance and then dinner.

Day 14 Chitwan to Kathmandu (1,350 m/4,429 Ft & 6hrs drive or 25 minute flight)

After tea/coffee bird watching on small forest and bush then drive back to hotel. Take a 25minute flight or 5hrs drive to Kathmandu.

Day 15 Kathmandu valley sightseeing

Day of exploring Kathmandu valley with numerous well-known sites and monuments and it is listed in UNESCO world heritage sites. We will skip Bouddhanath stupa because it is under construction since October 2015 and it will takes minimum 2 years to complete it.

Swayambhunath Temple: The massive Buddhist Chaityas lies 77 meters above the valley with offering spectacular view of dense populate Kathmandu valley and panoramic view of Ganesh himal and Langtang Himalayan ranges.

You will easily spend roughly more than 1hr and see temple, monastery, stupa, monkey taking bath in pool and Tibetan flag blowing with air.

Pahsupatinath Temple: The most important Hindu temple in Nepal with four face of lord Shiva and more than 1025 Lingam. Entire complex is filled up with temple certain places are only allow to visit for Hindus and holy bagmati river drain across the Pashupatinath temple. More than 40 death bodies cremate in a day in traditional way with fire o piles of wood.

Kathmandu Ddurbar Square: It lies at heart of Kathmandu and it is home of living goddess Kumari with rich of newaei architecture and woodcarving. Day 16 Kathmandu to Lhasa (3,650 m/11,975 Ft & 1hrs flight)

Now journey onward to Tibet plateau with hours Himalayan experience flights. 1:20 minute lights will presents Ariel view of Himalayas including Mt. Everest, Cho Oyu, and numerous other peaks. As you soon you arrive at Ganggor airport and complete immigration procedure, our Tibetan guide will receive you and nearly 1:30 minute drive to Lhasa with view of Himalayan desert. After check in the hotel, walk around the popular Barkhor Street, Barkhor street same lane and it is gathering complex for local. Hundreds of Buddhist devotees passing streets with chanting 108 Tibet beats on the hand. The local are doing business along the roads, where you can encounter Tibetan entrepreneur with their local goods and souvenir.

Day 17 Potala Palace and Jokhang temple Sightseeing

Today is first day of Tibet Lhasa tour, we have full day sightseeing around the Lhasa and visiting following places.

Potala Palaces: One of the greatest charismatic palaces in the world, it was found by Prince Songtsan Gampo many years back. Then fifth Dalai Lama constructed the new face of Palace called modern Potala Palace in 1645. The most beautiful human made wonder has two parts called white chapel and red chapel. Potala palace was winter palace of Dalai Lama from fifth Dalai Lama to present Dalai Lama until his exile from Tibet in 1959. Some parts of the palace was damaged and destroyed during Tibetan uprising and culture revolution. Since1994 most beautiful palace is under UNESCO World Heritage list.

Norbulinka Palace: A treasure garden or park know as summer residents of his holiness Dalai Lama, it was built in 1755 by seventh Dalai Lama. The palace is 3 km west from Potala palace, it covers an area of 36 hectares and it has 374 rooms. In 1950 while Tibet uprising the monument was smashed then early 2000 it inscribed in the UNESCO world heritage sites at the same period Chinese government invest huge amount to renovation and extern the palaces. Once a year Sho Dun Festival celebrates at palace, the festival date set according to Tibet calendar, which is lunar-based calendar. The festival is celebrating during the seventh month (July/August) in the first seven day of the full moon period. During Shoton festival the do Tibetan opera performance, yak race and monks dancing.

Jokhang Tepmle: A spiritual temple located at heart of Tibetan culture city. Songtsen Gampo built it in 652; the temple is culture blend of Tibet, Nepal and India because various artists used to build it. Songtsen Gampo got marriage with Chinese and Nepalese princes, that culture exchange in Tibet, china, Nepal.

Day 18 Sera Monatery and Drepung Monastery Sightseeing

Drepung Monastery: One of the largest Gelugpa traditional monastery in Tibet with housed of 10,000 monks and located at Gambo Utse Mountains. Monk Gendun Gytso had constructed Drepung Monastery in 1518, since it established it became higher academic study for Tibetan people and monks. In 1930 Drepung monastery was divided into four colleges, each different locality monks like Khampas, Mongolians, but the head of the monastery is Dalai Lama looked after collage.

Shera Monastery: A wild Roses Monastery lying at hub of Tibetan cultural city Lhasa. Jamchen Ghojey found Shakya order Shera monastery in 1419; it is also schooling for young monks. The monastery practicing and teaching debates culture to every young monks. 6 days a week except Sunday they do debates after 3 pm and it is interesting to watch. Due to the Tibetan uprising in late 1950, the monastery was damaged and destroyed. When the 14th Dalai Lama went into exile from Tibet, most of monks from Shera Monastery went with him. They now live in different parts of India. The international founder and the Indian Ggovernment help them to build branch of Shera monastery in India.

Day 19 Namtso Lake tour

A scenic drive to the second largest lake of Tibet called Namtso Lake known as heavenly lake in the Himalayan desert. The lake is surrounded by Himalayan ranges and decorated with holy praying flags. It is 68 miles far from Lhasa and it takes few hours to reach. The journey is a scenic drive with breathtaking mountains view and barren landscapes. The lake is very large with surface of 740 sq mil and 125 m depth.

Day 20 Departure

After your breakfast, departure from hotel and drive to train station or airport to onward journey. If you coming back to Kathmandu, we will pick you from international airport then we can talk for further adventure in Nepal.

From Lhasa you can take a train to go in china or take flight to Chengdu then fly to next destinations

Visa Notes:

India Visa must obtain before departure from home

Nepal visa can obtain upon your arrival at Belahiya immigration, should pay USD 25 for 15 days and USD 40 for 30 days then while entering to Tibet from Nepal, Chinese visa must be issued from Nepal.

If the trip is disturbed in case of Visa/permit problem create from Tibet, or any other reason, which is not in our hand, it is client’s own risk and clients pay all the expenses.
